As you walk down the teak steps at the end of the vanishing horizon swimming pool at Los Altos de Eros, you enter the lush and tropical Spa de Eros which has been meticulously carved from the side of a hill. The views of the ocean and the tropical forest are at once breathtaking and calming, inducing feelings of tranquility.

The 20 foot waterfall from the hillside above ends in a small pool in which hibiscus flowers float. The scents of jasmine, ylang-ylang, and sandalwood fill the air, and soft music can be heard -barely above the silence that pervades.

In Spa de Eros you will find five private therapy work areas, two wonderful private outdoor showers, a beautiful heated hydro-therapy pool that accommodates four to ten, a Balinese soaking tub for one?or two, and a scenic-view area where you may lay back and relax in a softly padded teak lounge chair and enjoy the full splendor of Costa Rica.

Guests staying at the Inn can choose a la carte from a 25 item spa menu including Massage, Facial Treatments, Body Scrubs, Body Polishes, Hand and Foot Therapy, Soaking Baths, Manicure and Pedicure. Or, they can chose to participate in a special Three-Treatment Day Spa Package which is also available to visitors to the Tamarindo area.
 

Each guest is assigned a 'Personal Attendant' who will provide the services and facilitate the guest's visits to Spa de Eros. All of our treatments involve the use of organic fruits, plants, flowers, herbs, minerals and oils which are indigenous to Costa Rica.
