As you approach the Yoga ashram you are faced with a mural of the Sanskrit syllable Hum. The mantra So Hum literally means "I am that" and it is used in meditation to emphasize staying present in the moment as you are.
The stillness and peace the ashram provides, with its lush jungle surroundings and ocean view, eases one naturally into this blissful state of mind. |

We offer a wide variety of Yoga instruction....from early morning classes to private lessons at sunset. We will also gladly custom tailor a program to meet your exact needs, from 2 hours to 2 days in duration.
